Is this Program for Breast Cancer Survivors Only?

Yes. Breathe and Stretch is for Breast Cancer Survivors only. Although these tools are health enhancing, and are known to assist in health recovery from other health challenges, our focus is on breast cancer survivors who are dedicated to living their best lives after a diagnosis.

Can I do Breathe and Stretch while I am undergoing Treatment?

Ask your physician, particularly if you have open wounds. Breathe and Stretch and it's ability to help reduce stress, improve circulation, and release endorphins into the body can serve to compliment the treatment process.

Are there any other options besides the 8-week program?

The 8-week program is strongly advised as the program is intended to reinforce lifestyle habits that can only be integrated, and stick over time. A micro-program (4-week) is available. Schedule a consultation to determine which program is best for you.
